How do I book the lift for my move?

What if my building doesn’t have a lift?

Can I move out of my apartment on any day?
Many buildings restrict move-out times — no moves before 8am or after 5pm, no Sunday moves in some buildings, public holiday restrictions. Check your strata rules before booking and let us know of any time restrictions.
What if I can’t get a lift booking on my move-out date?

What is a goods lift and how is it different?
A goods lift (or freight lift) is a larger, industrial lift used for heavy or bulky items — common in newer high-rise buildings. It is usually separate from the passenger lift and may require a separate booking from your building manager. We handle this coordination.
My apartment has a narrow hallway — will large furniture fit?
