In the northern part of Norwest, high-rise apartments face the lake, while low-density homes lie beyond the golf course. A tower needs lift and loading planning; a house needs a driveway plan. Tell us which applies to you when you enquire, and we will bring the right padding and a plan to match, whether that means a lift booking or a driveway walk-through.
Townhouses, Marketown and the road links
The southern part is mostly low-density housing and townhouses, with Norwest Marketown and its Coles close by. Norwest Boulevard connects to the Westlink M7 and Old Windsor Road, and Windsor Road runs east, so we plan the routes before the day and keep the truck moving.
