Flats and apartments near the station

Around the centre, Fairfield has medium-density flats and newer high-rise apartments alongside older Victorian and Federation-style buildings. Flat and tower moves depend on lifts, stairs, loading zones and building rules, so we ask for those details at quote stage and pad the shared areas before a single box is carried.

The Crescent, Prospect Creek and The Horsley Drive

Prospect Creek winds through local parks, The Crescent holds older commercial buildings, and The Horsley Drive is the main north-south corridor, with Hamilton Road giving access to the south-west. We plan the truck’s position and the departure time around those roads, then confirm them with you.

What a Fairfield move costs

Straightforward half-hourly pricing plus GST, with a minimum of 2 hours plus a 30-minute travel call-out:

Day	Rate (2 movers + truck)
Monday – Friday	$68 + GST per half hour
Saturday – Sunday	$78 + GST per half hour

That’s for two movers and a fully equipped truck. A walk-up with stairs, or a larger family home, may run better with a third mover at an extra $50/hr + GST. Items over 100kg may need the third crew member too.
