Villawood Place and the newer apartments

The Villawood Place town centre now includes a mixed-use development, completed in 2022, with 122 apartments above a supermarket and retail. Apartment moves mean lifts, loading areas and building rules, so we ask about access when you quote and plan the truck position and carry path before the day.

Older housing, parks and main roads

Beyond the centre, Villawood has a mix of older housing and homes near parks such as Thurina, Koonoona and Hilwa. The Hume Highway, Horsley Drive and Henry Lawson Drive give quick road access in and out of the suburb, and we time the run to avoid the busiest periods.
