A quiet beach village

Freshwater is a smaller, quieter beach village on the northern beaches, tucked between Manly and Curl Curl around its own beach and the village shops. It’s mostly family homes on the hills with the ocean views, plus a band of beachside units and walk-ups. The streets down to the beach are steep and narrow with scarce parking, and the walk-ups mean stairs, all of which we plan before the day. It’s serviced from our Strathfield South base.

Hillside homes and beachside units

A Freshwater move might be a family home on a steep hillside street or a unit near the beach. We handle both — full house moves with careful handling and crews used to steep access, and stair-carry gear and protected staircases for the walk-ups. Tell us the access and we plan it before the day.

What a Freshwater move costs

Straightforward half-hourly pricing plus GST, with a minimum of 2 hours plus a 30-minute travel call-out:

Day	Rate (2 movers + truck)
Monday – Friday	$68 + GST per half hour
Saturday – Sunday	$78 + GST per half hour

That’s for two movers and a fully equipped truck. Steep streets, walk-up stairs, or a larger home may run better with a third mover at an extra $50/hr + GST. Items over 100kg may need the third crew member too.
