The suburb built around the mall

Roselands grew up around Roselands shopping centre — one of Australia’s first big malls — and still centres on it today. It’s a quiet, established residential suburb of family homes on comfortable blocks with a scattering of unit complexes, and without its own train station most residents get around by car and bus. That actually helps moves: the residential streets are generally easy and off-street parking is common, so we get the truck close. From our Strathfield South base it’s a short, familiar trip.

Family homes and unit complexes

A Roselands move is usually a family home or a unit in one of the local complexes. We handle both — short driveway carries for the homes and lift or stair access sorted ahead for the units. Moving to or from a neighbour like Campsie? The short local run keeps travel off your bill.

What a Roselands move costs

Straightforward half-hourly pricing plus GST, with a minimum of 2 hours plus a 30-minute travel call-out:

Day	Rate (2 movers + truck)
Monday – Friday	$68 + GST per half hour
Saturday – Sunday	$78 + GST per half hour

That’s for two movers and a fully equipped truck. Larger homes or walk-up units may run better with a third mover at an extra $50/hr + GST. Items over 100kg may need the third crew member too.
